Hey I have a problem with my PSP that won't turn back on. The battery was almost dead, but I had to go somewhere so I didn't recharge it until the next day. Then I tried playing it and it automatically shut off. I can't get it to turn back on again. I've taken out the battery and put it back in but without any luck. The PSP is fairly new and I haven't dropped it or shaken it or anything like that. Can someone please help me?

Hey I feel your pain. The same thing happened to mine, the screen just turns green and then it dies. My friend advised me to buy a new battery and after that it was all fixed. So I suggest buying a new battery and hopefully that will work.

Before ya waste your money, try plugging your psp to the power wire and before you turn on the psp take out the battery. It should go to setup screen. It worked for me I had gen d3
